AI use policy

Our AI assistant ("Protection Guide" / Angel) is an educational tool. It may help explain terminology, navigate site content, identify relevant country pages, organise a truthful chronology, produce a question list for a lawyer, and summarise cited case-law in plain English.

It must not decide eligibility, predict approval percentages, invent facts, create false evidence, impersonate a lawyer, recommend deception, tell users which identity to claim, encourage destruction of documents, advise illegal border crossing, or provide guaranteed outcomes.

Every substantive AI reply ends with a source list and a disclaimer that it is general information only. Conversations are not used to train external models without explicit user opt-in.
